We have been entering our hive products in honey shows since 2010, two years after we started our apiary.  We were doing it just for fun and also to learn how to present products in a professional manner.  Since, Mary is a honey judge, she thought that she should enter honey shows so that she might judge the product with a personal appreciation for how much work and effort it takes to present products as well as gain an understanding of the importance of presenting the best product.

We really had no intention of being so proliferic but there you have it. We started and we love it.  It is very humbling knowing that our products have been so well received.  We hope you enjoy them as well.
